James Madison: “Concentration of powers is tyranny.”

“The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.”

It’s well understood that kids are in the process of learning and inevitably make mistakes along the way, that’s the very purpose of education, isn’t it? Learning should never be treated as a punishable offense. One must wonder what the consequences are when a school district dismisses the Constitution and First Amendment rights, effectively placing themselves above the law.

The upper darby cchool district appears to have crossed that line by removing students’ First Amendment rights, establishing a policy to expel students first and ask questions later and then still proceed with expulsion. Under the guise of a flawed code of character, this district has stripped students of their rights without any apparent recourse or recompense.

They targeted my son purely because they could, effectively destroying his young world in pursuit of their own self-righteous objectives. One has to wonder, what exactly are their goals? What lesson are we supposed to take away from this for our children? Whatever happened to humility, service, and valuing our children as individuals? Our family was targeted and our questions remain unanswered.

Our mission is to share our experience with this school district and to arm you with knowledge. Please read our message and share your story with us so we can shine light on this district administration and stop this disgusting practice.
